Our story
We watched distributors lose deals because they couldn't quote fast enough. Sales reps spending evenings updating CRM fields instead of being with their families. ₹30 lakh walking out the door every month because someone's inventory spreadsheet said “out of stock” and nobody thought to suggest an alternative.
So we built the tool we wished existed. Not another CRM. Not another ERP. An AI layer that sits on top of everything a distributor already uses — Zoho, Tally, Excel, WhatsApp, Gmail — and handles the admin work so the sales team can actually sell. We started building in 2023, launched our first client the same year, and haven't stopped shipping since.

What we believe
Four principles that drive every decision.
We don't have a mission statement pinned to a wall. We have these four rules. Every feature, every hire, every pricing decision runs through them.
Software should disappear.
The best tool is the one you don't notice using. If a sales rep has to think about the software, we've failed. QuickQuote should feel like having a really sharp assistant who just handles things.
AI proposes, humans decide.
Every quote still gets a human sign-off. Every approval still needs a human tap. We don't believe in fully autonomous sales operations. We believe in giving people superpowers, not replacing them.
Revenue beats features.
We don't measure success in features shipped. We measure it in deals our customers closed faster, revenue recovered from out-of-stock items, and payments collected on time. If a feature doesn't move a number, it doesn't ship.
Honest numbers only.
Every metric on our site, in our demos, and in our pitch is either real or clearly marked as an estimate. We don't fabricate case studies. We don't inflate numbers. A distributor owner can verify anything we claim.
